During the seminar in Sedona Stephen very skillfully and gently helped me to pen to an an awareness of how I had allowed my ego to hide a major program running in my life.  I found the simplicity of the KISS method of program identification and release extremely powerful and fun to do.  I saw/felt how courageous it is to tell myself the truth of wehre I am and the subsequent return to my power thru facing, defining and making a decision to release the programs.  Thank you so much for a very powerful, enjoyable seminar in beautiful Sedona.

Although I never physically attended Lester’s sessions many years ago, I listened to his tapes and video numerous times and found Stephen’s Programs Course reminiscent of those.  A place of exchange, sharing, safety and release set amidst the beauty and majesty of Lester’s old property.  Just being there was a wonderful gain.

At the event I had a wonderful time meeting new friends and finding out deep-seated programs that have held me back all my life and begin to get rid of them. Being amongst fellow releasers and having class in Steve's laid back fashion was very effective. I feel like a huge load (of unhelpful thinking and feeling) dropped out of my life for good for which I'm abundantly grateful, if not in complete awe as to the results of the retreat. On my way home I got upgraded to World Business Class where I was treated like a King. In addition I got an all-expenses paid limo ride to my hotel. Lastly, Anybody who releases needs to attend this retreat. It was a life-changing experience.

"probing in to their past, we found out where it came from"

Have to report a program gain from the weekend.

I went to see my parents, and at some point they both said something like "we don't throw out bread," which was not a beneficial thing at the moment, and which I had heard from them before.

Well, being that I was fresh off the Programs Course, it occurred to me that this was a program, and probing into their past, we found out where it came from.  I then explained to them that not throwing out bread was an appropriate life-saving decision in the past, but the conditions that led to that decision no longer hold true, and that decision may not be in their best interest in the present.  They seemed they understood how the program worked.
